Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers

Last Updated: May 17, 2026

Welcome to Talk to Tanya Consulting. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://talktotanyaconsulting.com), any digital products purchased or downloaded here, and any professional consulting services or sessions booked through our platform. By accessing our site, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all custom templates, worksheets, systemic checklists, workflow graphics, 3D marketing representations (such as book visuals), and strategic deliverables built for the Business Clarity System™ or the AI Visibility Engine™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Talk to Tanya Consulting. Clients receive an absolute, non-exclusive, non-transferable internal-use license for materials explicitly delivered under a paid engagement. You may not resell, white-label, distribute, or publicly reproduce these systems without written corporate consent.

2. Mandatory Legal Notary Disclaimer

I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, AND I MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE. Any loan signing management, document coordination, or witness verifications executed as part of notary operations are strictly administrative and do not constitute legal review, property status confirmation, or execution advice.

3. Professional Consulting & Liability Disclaimer

Our advisory services—spanning back-office organization, general administrative support, and AI/automation visibility—are provided exclusively for organizational scaling, operational clarity, and general marketing optimization. Talk to Tanya Consulting does not provide formal legal counsel, certified public accounting (CPA) attestations, or corporate structural compliance certifications. Clients maintain total independent liability over their business operations, structural transformations, local licensing, and technological deployments.

4. Technology, Infrastructure, and AI Staging Disclaimer

We frequently advise on, configure, or integrate third-party platforms (including but not limited to WordPress, Kadence Blocks, GoHighLevel, Canva, or localized server systems). All consulting guidance and systemic recommendations are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. Talk to Tanya Consulting explicitly disclaims all liability for, and shall not be held accountable for:
Third-party platform service outages, data corruption, or breaking software updates.

Security architecture failures or local data leaks occurring on client-managed hardware, APIs, or hosting environments.

API modifications, software service revoking, or platform-side subscription price changes.

5. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

Any case studies, testimonials, examples, or illustrations displaying operational optimizations, time-savings metrics, or business clarity outcomes on this website are exceptional results achieved by specific entities. They do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction that your business will mirror identical growth, specific financial revenue increases, or exact automation efficiencies. Your corporate success depends entirely on your independent implementation, business model, and operational execution.

6. Strict No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital products and the dedicated time allocations required for professional services, Talk to Tanya Consulting enforces a strict ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. No refunds, partial rollbacks, or exchange credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Digital Products: All downloadable deliverables, workflow templates, or configuration scripts are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because digital assets cannot be physically returned once accessed, they are completely non-refundable. If a link is corrupted, contact technical support at tanya@talktotanyaconsulting.com for a replacement copy within 48 business hours.

Consulting Fees: Fees collected for professional services including the Business Clarity System™, the AI Visibility Engine™, or Fractional Parterships are non-refundable as they secure dedicated professional bandwidth. If a project is terminated early by the client, all historical payments are forfeited and pending hours will be invoiced immediately.

7. Payment Terms and Service Suspension

Invoices are due upon receipt or within the strict timeline stated on the master invoice. If a recurring credit card payment triggers a billing failure, our systems allow a standard 5-day grace window for reprocessing. On Day 6 of non-payment, all active project deliverables, consulting blocks, scheduling capabilities, and automation staging deployments will be placed on an immediate operational hold until the balance is settled.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal actions, mediation proceedings, or formal disputes arising under these terms must be filed exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Tennessee.
